Kentucky 4-H Achievement Application Deadline is October 27, 2025.
New simplified application in 2025! Everyone is required to use the new application.
Applications must be submitted by e-mail to mwilmoth@uky.edu. Please reach out to 4-H Agent, Misty Wilmoth if you have questions about the new application. You may also schedule a time to meet with Misty to discuss the new format.
